Returns

Return Period

We accept returns within 5 days from the date of receiving the product. If more than 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your T-shirt must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

Please note that we do not accept returns for the following cases:

  • Customized Products: Our T-shirts are unique for each order, and we do not accept returns for reasons of change of mind.
  • Items not returned within the specified period: Returns must be made within the established time frame.

Return Process

To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at orders@darkfan.net to notify us of your intent to return the T-shirt and provide your order details. The email title must be your order number.
  2. We will provide you with specific instructions for returning the product.
  3. Securely package the T-shirt in its original packaging and send it to the address we provide.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the T-shirt, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

Refund Approval

If your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Timeframe

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and your financial institution’s policies. Please be patient and check your bank account or credit card in a few days.
