Copyright Ownership

  • All artwork featured on our T-shirts is the intellectual property of the respective artists who created it.
  • Artists have granted The Dark Fan the right to reproduce and sell their artwork on T-shirts through a licensing agreement.

Use of Artwork

  • Customers who purchase T-shirts with artwork from our store are granted a license for personal use only. This means you may wear, display, and enjoy the T-shirt for your own personal use.
  • Customers are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or sell the artwork in any form, including but not limited to printing, copying, or selling prints of the artwork, without the express written permission of the artist or The Dark Fan.
  • Commercial use or any form of reproduction for profit, promotion, or resale is strictly prohibited without the proper authorization from the artist and/or The Dark Fan.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

  • We take copyright infringement seriously. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us immediately at contact@darkfan.net.
  • To help us address your complaint, please provide the following information:
    • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
    • A description of the infringing material and where it is located on our website.
    • Your contact information.

Artwork Removal

  • If we receive a valid copyright infringement notice and find that a design violates copyright, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the artwork from our store.
  • If you are the artist and believe your work has been used without permission, please contact us with a copyright infringement notice, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
